The dough has been turned, the tomato sauce has been flavored and you have brought home delicious Italian pizza cheeses. Tonight you’re going to bake a pizza that’s even better than your latest creations.
It’s time to heat up the oven. Whether you have our top-class beech wood blocks or the oak pellets, starting a fire is always tricky. Always start with the smallest pieces of wood you can find. Sprinkle some lighting shavings on the spot where your fire will come, and place the small pieces of wood over it as if you are going to play mikado. Light the curls with a long lighter.
You will see that the fire rises very quickly. When it gets going, throw some larger pieces of wood on it and keep repeating this until you have a good fire. So you always work from small to large.
No chemicals
Lighter cubes are often dipped in flammable chemicals. Creasing curls are 100 percent natural. They are bone-dry wood shavings wrapped in a ball. That’s so delicious!
