Diastatic malt flour

There are many different substances in flour. It contains bran, starch, proteins, vitamins, fats and minerals, but also enzymes. These enzymes play an essential role in making bread, pizza and other dough. Sometimes you want your flour to have a little more enzymes. Too few enzymes manifest themselves, for example, in a white crust or poor rising of the dough. Adding diastatic malt flour is usually the solution. which contain many enzymes, is usually a solution.

Instructions

Add 7 to 10 grams of diastatic malt flour per kilogram of flour.
