Bread improver 500 grams

bread improver is made from Vital wheat gluten, which is a protein that develops very good viscoelastic properties used with water. Selected wheat flour grades and untreated spring water form the basis of this product. Vital wheat gluten is a natural bread improver, and is used in fine baked goods, bread, small pastries and pasta, but in addition is also a good meat substitute, for example as a base for seitan.
