Young matured light cheese

The fat content of young matured light cheese is indicated by a number and a plus sign, so this light cheese has a 30+ after the name.
A cheese consists of moisture and dry matter. This means that the percentage of fat is indicated per 100g of dry matter and not per 100g of cheese. Cheeses up to 20+ are lean, cheeses from 20+ to 40+ are light.

Making a healthy fish dish with young matured light cheese

Today we are going to make a healthy fish dish with light cheese.

4 pangasius fillets (can be substituted for any fish of your choice)
100 grams of shrimp
2 carrots
3 white onions
5 fresh tomatoes
3 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
100 grams of young matured light cheese
fish stock
Salt and pepper for taste


Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
The onions can be cut into large chunks.
Make thin ribbons from the carrot, this is best done with a vegetable peeler.

The garlic cloves can also be peeled and pressed, the tomatoes and the spring onions can be cut into pieces.
Place a pan on the stove and add olive oil, in which the onion, garlic and tomato can be fried.
The fish stock can be sprinkled over it.

Flavor everything

Now add some extra olive oil and some salt and pepper.
Fry this on high heat for 2 minutes.
Now the fish can be placed on it, it does not matter if the fish is still frozen.

Spread the Philadelphia over this and the shrimp can also be spread over it.
You can now grate or slice the cheese, a nice layer over the fish.
The whole thing has to be in the oven for 40 minutes, at least until the cheese has a nice brown layer. Let it cool for a while and enjoy!
