Our pizza dough is certified organic (flour comes from Marriage Mills in the UK) and has the organic Soil certificate . Due to the lack of artificial additives, so no preservatives, the dough must be kept frozen . All the consumer has to do is take the dough out of the freezer the night before and put it in the fridge to stretch it the next day into a delicious base.
