Caputo Cuor di Cereali
Caputo Cuor di Cereali means heart of grains. It is a carefully selected mix of seeds and grains (sunflower seeds, rye, flax, barley, sesame and wheat). Tasty and healthy! You can also mix this mix with your yogurt in the morning.
Ingredients: Sunflower seeds, brown rye flour, linseed, barley flake flour, sesame seeds, hulled sesame seeds, malted barley flour, white soft grain flour.
Mix flour with Cuor di Cereali
For baking bread and pizza, we recommend replacing 10% to 20% of the total weight of Caputo flour with this mix. So if you have used one kilo of flour, replace 100 to 200 grams of flour with the Cereali mix.
